Monitoring during insolvencyIf we represent a company in an insolvency process, we undertake all necessary actions to resolve the case. Our team closely monitors court files and settlement deadlines, drafts and records required addresses for the administrator, liquidator, or court, and informs the client of case progress as appropriate. We also provide support for judicial reorganization, collaborating with administrators, judicial liquidators, and accounting experts to ensure the company can implement its proposed reorganization plan.
